This is what i learned from the above videos.

Qualities required to win in business:

1.To win you need to be excited about what you are doing. 

2. You need to have a dream to succeed.

3. You need to feel good about yourself. Believe you can do anything, you want bad enough.

4. Stand for something

5. You are going to be conterversial.

6.You need to have total commitment towards what you want. If you fail then get up and keep going until you succeed.

7. Treat people well whether you like them or not. This way you will be able to manage people well.

8. Set right priorities. Keep the balance between business and family life.

9. You need to have Desire and Will to win.

10. Be tough, don't quit.

11. Be a leader.

12. Just Do it whatever you have decided.

(Art talks about winning in business in America but I think these principles apply anywhere not only in America.)
